• Perform routine neutering & basic surgical procedures e.g. wound management and lump removal.
• Follow medical triage and treatment protocols. • Manage large numbers of sick patients in-hospital. • Manage preventative health care strategies to between 200-1000 companions in the
sanctuaries. All surgeons will be provided with rigorous training to upskill their medical, surgical and in-hospital management approaches. They will be provided with defined Standard Operating Procedures and will report directly to Dr Anthony Beck, BVetMed, MRCVS and Clinical Director of NDLB. Candidates need to:
• Be able to follow instructions, and protocols whilst working independently. • Be physically able and in good health. • Be passionate and committed to maintaining animal welfare.
The right committed candidates will have the opportunity to develop their career both regionally and nationally: they will be expected to travel. Initial location Ya'an Chengdu Education University degree or diploma recognised in China mainland with the appropriate professional qualifications. English is advantageous but not essential. Package

不放弃任何一只狗（NDLB）是一家美国注册的 501 C3 慈善机构，作为一家国际组织中国境内致力于救助被
狗肉屠宰厂和狗肉运输黑产所残害和面临虐杀的犬只。
NDLB 在中国大陆地区的犬类紧急救助响应网络和犬类收容基地正在由点到面快速发展。
NDLB 目前正在与中国中央政府部门就动物福利事项的相关宣传和教育进行积极接洽，并致力于将此行动推广
至亚洲乃至全球更多的地区。
岗位描述
坚持以被救助和收容的犬只的福祉为本，是该职位的第一准则。团队中的每一名兽医均应秉承这一准则，在进
行医疗和手术时，以专业精神善待每一只病犬。
兽医的职责包括：
• 日常为犬类进行绝育手术和其它基础外科手术，如伤口处理、切除囊肿等 • 紧急救助现场的快速分诊和按流程对伤病犬实施救治
• 在基地诊所管理和救治超大数量的病犬 • 负责救助基地内 200-1000 只犬的防病和防疫工作，使流程系统化正规化
所有兽医均会按照既定的标准操作流程，接受严格正规的培训，以提升医疗和外科水平以及医院管理方面的能
力。Anthony Beck 医生-动物医学学士、皇家兽医学会会员、NDLB 医学总监将直接领导和管理兽医团队。
兽医需能够：
• 在遵守流程和规定的前提下，独立开展工作 • 身体条件适当、健康状况良好
